The Registration Process
As you understand it is extremely important all candidates are screened for their suitability when working with young children. It is highly important you complete the attached consent form and return all required documentation so we can confirm to all clients your file is fully compliant and safeguarded as this will make the hiring process a lot smoother for them.

Interviews
Our interviews are generally competency-based and give you the opportunity to talk about your skills, experience, achievements, challenges overcome, and your specific strengths. Interviews will last up to an hour. We will then send you an email confirming attendance of your interview, all interviews with our clients will be under a 45 minute commute door to door. If interviews are cancel less than 24 hours’ notice £25.00 admin fee will be payable.
Apprentice Nursery Nurse
There are many different routes to take when starting out on your career. One option is to start your working life as an apprentice. We are dedicated to recruiting apprentices who can demonstrate that they are truly passionate about childcare. Everyone is talented in their way.
Nursery Nurse Assistant
Dedicated to childcare a nursery assistant plays an important role in assisting in the care of young children. They plan and organise both fun and educational activities and take care of children’s personal needs. You must be qualified and hold a Level 2 qualification. Experience within a nursery setting and/or working with early years.
Nursery Practitioner / Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Dedicated to childcare and with natural talent for inspiring children and nurturing their needs, having patience, being able to sing the same song over and over again with enthusiasm, read the same story like it’s the first time you have ever read it, help the little ones to paint like they are the next biggest artist. You must be qualified and hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare. Experience within a nursery setting and/or working with early years.
Senior Nursery Nurse Practitioner
Our senior staff members have developed exceptional practice as a Practitioner and have earnt their place as a senior who acts as a leader and role model for all staff members. Level 3 qualified. Experience within a nursery setting and or working with early years.
Room Leader
With key skills in all aspects of Early Years our Room Leaders are critical in providing the day to day structure for the seniors and Nursery Practitioners which in turn ensures that the children in your care receive the best possible care all day. These roles provide vital experience for anyone looking to moving into management. Minimum of Level 3 qualified and above. Experience within a nursery setting and working with early years.
Deputy Nursery Manager
Deputy Managers play a significant role in supporting the management team they are seen as a significant member of the team covering for the Manager in their absences. Degree/Diploma, Level 3 qualified with exceptional experience in managing people and providing the highest standards of care. Experience within a nursery setting and working with early years.
Nursery Manager
Nursery managers play a vital role in securing the success of the setting. Ensuring all documentation is correct for staff and placed children. Provide day care for babies and young children from birth to five years old. Duties would include: creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play. Working with colleagues and other professionals to make sure that children’s needs are met. Degree/Diploma, Level 3 qualified with exceptional experience in managing people and providing the highest standards of care. Experience within a nursery setting and working with early years.
